Some time ago I ran into this concept (it was probably somewhere on Pinterest) that a person really really hated and had troubles with brushing teeth.
Only after they realized that they can buy kids toothpaste (which has much better taste because let’s be honest right?)
I am using this approach (make it simpler/ cuter) to get myself get shit done every day (mostly art, because I don’t care much about other things).
